Set the Record .RES track properties

To set properties for the Record .RES track:

  1. Right-click on the Record .RES track header (in the area below the Playback toolbar) and select Track properties. The properties dialog is displayed, open on the Filename tab.
  2. Click the browse button to the right of the box labelled Filename to save to. The Windows ‘Save As’ dialog is displayed.
  3. Navigate to a location, enter a file name for the recorded LEGION Simulation Results file (*.res) and click Save. You can specify a relative path here, relative to the Project Base Folder. See Creating an Analysis Project.
    Tip: If the path you select is in the Project Base Folder, or a subfolder thereof, the path is automatically converted to a relative path.
  4. Click on the Track info tab to see a summary of this track. Using the checkbox labelled Enable this track you can enable or disable it here (you can also do this on the track header).
  5. Click OK to save these settings.
